What is your returns policy?

For returns please contact support@dubaiplasticfun.com. Kindly note that we do not accept returns for opened or used items. If the box is opened we will not accept returns.

I received the wrong item?

If it is the fault of our staff, we bear the cost of exchanging goods back and forth without worrying about additional costs.

 Only when you receive the goods, the product is damaged, we will send delivery a new product to you.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

To cancel an order simply text customer service for cancel or when the delivery driver calls you, let him know that you wish to cancel. There are no cancellation charges.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

If the product is sold out, you can fill in your email, the first time to notify you after the stock!
